WEC Motorsport – No Stranger to 24 Hour Racing
The BMW M3 E46 to be campaigned by Dave, Jason & Michael
As we delve into the DUNLOP 24 Hour entry list, we take a look at another serious contender who has put their entry forward.
Please welcome WEC Motorsport, headed by Dave Cox who will be campaigning his 2002 BMW M3 E46.
The BMW is placed in the highly competitive class 4, which is up against a raft of BMW’s, Seats & Ginettas which also have the ability to contend for outright victory so it wont be easy that’s for sure!
Dave is also no stranger to endurance racing, with numerous outings at the Nurburgring, Barcelona and Spa 24 Hour events, so the team and himself know what it takes to get to the end of the 24 hours. Not to mention along the way he picked up the Clio Cup championship in his travels making him quite the accomplished driver.
Dave will also be joined in the drivers seat by Jason & Michael Cox, making it a family affair.
